Please Note: All students MUST be registered (fall and spring) to maintain matriculated status, or must file a Petition Form requesting a university approved Leave of Absence which can be found at: http://grad.buffalo.edu/Academics/Forms-for-Students.html. Failure to maintain continuous registration, or be on an approved leave of absence will result in deactivation of your student status. To request reactivation, the University at Buffalo is now assessing a $350 fee. To return to active student status you will need to contact your advisor, and readmission/reactivation may not be automatic. For further information please refer to The Graduate School's Policies and Procedures at: http://grad.buffalo.edu/study/progress/policies.html
