- Provides customer service and academic support to CBE students at the direction of the Academic Coordinator and key controll

- Appointed half-time to support information-technology needs of the department. Maintains department web site, develops databases and web-based interfaces that aid undergraduate assessment and advisement activities and other department functions, assists graduate students and faculty with use of computers for research projects.
- Joan Wilson, Assistant to the Chair
- Reports directly to Department Chair. Maintains financial records, prepares appointment and promotion dossiers, tracks statistical data on faculty, coordinates special events, and assists chair in day-to-day administrative duties.
